I dont think he meant he DOESNT groove, but rather not in a similar way as Gadd does. Come on guys...we nearly got an agreement here!

OK, Dennis can groove, but why do you think we have been hearing so much lately about how guys like billy ward, stanton moore, matt chamberlain can groove and not chambers?

I think Steve Gadd is often referred to as "the godfather of groove", no? I wonder why!

P.S. nev, can you post a song for us from that fusion CD that DC sent you? I'd like to check it out! I think the shit he did with that SPACE RANCH group was badass!

Yeah, that would really put the discussion to the test. I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if the playing is identical to what we hear now.
